FITNESS DVDS In this section I would like to review fitness DVDs that I frequently use in the course of my workout, as well as those that I have tried out, but was not wowed by. In which case our relationship remained brief: sorry, but much like with dating there really can’t be any compromises as far as your physical health goes, don’t you agree? It just has to feel right. Before you take my advice though, please keep in mind that I am not a big fan of intricate fitness routines, my philosophy is that I am there to burn calories and not figure out a sequence of 50 excruciatingly complicated moves than are frankly more shine than substance. Also such elaborate exercises when you stand on one arm, with both your legs in the air while simultaneously performing stomach crunches and arm curls (with the one you’re not standing on, that is) sadly qualifies as way above my fitness level. So if you are a very advanced athlete, who likes every training session to be different, full of unexpected twists (physical as well as contentual), then you will definitely not be interested in listening to my opinions.
